This month, we’re heading to El Merkury Center City, a vibrant, woman-owned concept known for its modern take on Guatemalan street food and unforgettable desserts. Attendees will enjoy a $15 featured lunch special, a Tenango Rum tasting table, and a lively atmosphere perfect for networking and discovery.
The highlight of the program will be a Founder Spotlight Conversation with Sofia Deleon, offering an inside look at the journey behind El Merkury and the lessons learned building a successful hospitality brand. This intimate discussion will be moderated by ILEA leadership and followed by an audience Q&A, creating a meaningful opportunity for both education and dialogue.
